Katherine Borgfeldt

Katherine Borgfeldt is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at both Lithotype and American Girl since 2018 and 2013 respectively, Katherine has held significant leadership roles including HR Director at ElsaL Inc and Cedco Publishing, as well as Director of Human Resources at Smith & Hawken. Earlier in the career, Katherine gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Manager and Regional Recruiter at Emporium and as a Group Sales Manager at Macy's. Katherine holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UC Berkeley.
