John Anthony Martinez has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. John Anthony began their career at Pulte Homes as a Sales Counselor, where they played a key role in the sales, marketing, and management of new homes within specific subdivisions. John Anthony then moved on to The Hartford, where they worked as a CCT Claims Representative, responsible for processing incoming loss information and providing customer service. Martinez then joined Lockton Companies as an Assistant Vice President and Account Executive in the Surety group. In this role, they developed and maintained relationships with business partners and surety underwriting companies, providing credit placement services for various industries. Most recently, Martinez has been working at American Global, LLC, first as Vice President of Surety for American Global of Texas LLC, and now as Senior Vice President of Surety.
John Anthony Martinez attended Texas A&M University from 1995 to 1998, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study during that time. John Anthony returned to Texas A&M University in 2001 and graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. In 2007, Martinez pursued additional education at AICPCU & IIA, where they earned a CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) designation. John Anthony also completed three associate degrees in Commercial Underwriting, Risk Management, and Fidelity and Surety Bonding in the same year, all from AICPCU & IIA.
