James Fink

James Fink is an experienced professional with a robust background in both the culinary and supply chain sectors. Currently serving as a Sommelier at Bistro 83 since February 2018, James is responsible for wine list management, food and wine pairings, and staff training. Prior to this role, James held various positions at American Greetings, including Program Fulfillment Manager and Lead Fulfillment Analyst, where key accomplishments included maintaining high inventory levels and implementing cost-saving initiatives that generated significant annual savings. James also has a history of managing teams and optimizing manufacturing processes, with previous experience as a Sommelier at Wood & Wine and as a Production Supervisor at Arrow International, Inc. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Personal/Financial Services from Wright State University.
