Julie Ratfield's work experience includes:

- From July 2019 to present, they worked as a Software Product Specialist at American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. Their role involved working with an agile development team to build and manage enterprise grade software systems. Julie assisted the Development Operations department in planning, implementing, and evaluating development projects.

- From April 2017 to May 2019, they worked as a Quality Specialist at Nokia. Their responsibilities included developing identity, collateral, and digital media for the CEO-sponsored annual awards event. Julie also revised and developed marketing collateral and digital media to align with brand standards. Additionally, they performed video editing and created and edited SharePoint sites for the Quality Culture team.

- From January 2016 to March 2017, they worked as a Creative Intern at Wilton Brands. Their duties included creating product photography contact sheets, revising product comps with new style guides, and creating and editing client project sheets.

- From April 2014 to March 2016, they worked as a Print Consultant at OfficeMax.
