Susan Dorr has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare real estate industry. Susan started their career at Edens & Avant, where they played a crucial role in building their healthcare division and managing their portfolio. Afterward, they formed their own company, Consera Healthcare Real Estate Services, where they oversaw the business model and completed various projects. Susan later served as the President of the Southeast Region at Cogdell Spencer ERDMAN, responsible for overseeing the design, development, and construction operations in several states. Susan also held executive positions at Johnson Development, Healthcare Trust of America, and American Healthcare Investors, where they demonstrated their expertise in asset management and regional operations. Susan most recently retired in 2020.
