Amanda Malone

Associate Vice President, Heart Challenge at American Heart Association

Amanda Malone has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Associate Vice President of Heart Challenge at the American Heart Association since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Campaign Development Director for the Illinois Region at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society from 2021 to 2023. Before that, they held multiple positions at the American Diabetes Association, including Associate Director of Development from 2019 to 2021 and Manager of Development from 2019 to 2019. Amanda also worked at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where they held various roles such as Director of Annual Giving and Alumni Engagement, Assistant Director of Advancement/Director of Special Events, Corporate Partnerships Coordinator, and Corporate Partnerships Account Manager from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, they gained experience as a Marketing Intern at EXACT Sports in 2015. Prior to that, they were a Student Athlete at both the University of Illinois at Chicago from 2013 to 2015 and DePaul University from 2011 to 2013.

Amanda Malone attended DePaul University from 2011 to 2013, studying Elementary Education and Teaching. Amanda then transferred to the University of Illinois Chicago and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication from 2013 to 2015.
