Caitlin Bratland

Caitlin Bratland has significant experience in community impact and fundraising, currently serving as a Grant Administrator and Community Impact Coordinator at the American Heart Association since June 2022, where logistics for events and volunteer organization are managed. Previously, Caitlin worked as an AmeriCorps VISTA Leader for the Illinois Association of Free and Charitable Clinics from May 2021 to April 2022, enhancing the capacity of 12 clinics and supporting 23 VISTA members. Earlier experience includes serving as a Fundraising Development and Marketing VISTA at In My Shoes, where efforts focused on increasing financial support and community awareness. Caitlin also contributed to the Chicago Park District as a Part-Time Special Olympics Instructor in 2019. Educational qualifications include ongoing studies at the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Butler University, along with a high school diploma in Dance from The Chicago High School for the Arts.
