Jecca Guajardo

Jecca Guajardo, MSML has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Jecca has held positions such as Sr. Director of Human Resources at the American Heart Association, where they focused on talent management and leadership development. Jecca also served as a People & Culture Lead at Drivewyze, providing comprehensive HR support to multiple teams. Prior to that, Jecca was the People Operations Program Manager at Earth Class Mail, where they handled day-to-day operations of recruiting and talent development. Jecca also has experience as an HR Strategist at Whataburger, where they built talent strategies and engagement programs for a large employee base. Lastly, Jecca worked at Rackspace in roles such as Manager of Global Talent Enablement and Employee Experience Design, and Manager of Global Talent Development, where they played a key role in supporting talent enablement and implementing various learning and development programs.

Jecca Guajardo, MSML holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in HR Management from Western Governors University. Additionally, they earned a Master's degree in Management and Leadership from the same institution.
