Natalia Marin

Natalia Marin is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Sr Director at Edwards Lifesciences since December 2024, Marin previously held multiple positions at FIFCO from June 2016 to January 2025, including Corporate Human Resources Manager in COE Culture & Change and Talent Management & Senior Commercial HRBP. Prior experience includes a tenure at Baxter International Inc. from July 2004 to December 2015 as Human Resources Manager, along with earlier roles in HR supervision and representation. Marin began her career at Kraft Foods as an HR Analyst and Assistant between March 2002 and July 2004. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad de Costa Rica and specialized training in Human Development Management from INCAE Business School.
