Lee Shapiro

Lee Shapiro is the treasurer at the American Heart Association. Prior to this, they were with Clover Health, Senior Connect, and the Forbes Chicago Business Council. Lee also served as a board member for Homethrive, Inc and Tivity Health from May 2015 to May 2020.

Lee Shapiro attended the University of Chicago for their Doctor of Law degree and Georgetown University Law Center for their field in law. Lee also attended Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign for their BS in accounting and Georgetown University for their schooling. Lastly, they are certified in public accountancy from the State of Illinois and has a law license from the State of Illinois as well.
