Lisa Kimball Howard

Lisa Kimball Howard is an experienced professional in the healthcare and nonprofit sectors, currently serving as Associate Program Manager for Patient Experience at the American Heart Association since January 2023. In this role, Lisa facilitates coordination across teams for various programs, manages project timelines, and oversees budgeting. Previously, Lisa was Development Director, where leadership was provided for peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns aimed at promoting the organization's mission. With a strong background as a Certified Child Life Specialist at both Vanderbilt University Medical Center and Florida Hospital For Children, Lisa supported pediatric patients and their families through medical challenges. Additional experience includes child life services at Miami Children's Health System and The University of Iowa Health Care. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Leisure Studies with an emphasis in Child Life from the University of Iowa.
