Stephanie Grossman

Stephanie Grossman currently serves as Senior Attorney for Transactions at the American Heart Association, a position held since June 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Director at Ryan from December 2017 to May 2019, and Vice President and Corporate Counsel at both Conduent and ACS - Affiliated Computer Services from January 2017 to December 2017 and June 2007 to December 2016, respectively. Earlier in their career, Stephanie worked as an Associate at Jones Day and Locke Liddell & Sapp, as well as at Mitsui Trust & Banking Co., Ltd. Stephanie holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law and an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business, both obtained between 1999 and 2003, along with a BA in Math from Vassar College, earned from 1992 to 1996.
