Carole Ann Drick, PhD, RN, AHN-BC has extensive work experience in the field of nursing and holistic healthcare. Carole Ann began their career in 1981 as the Director of Conscious Awareness, where they served as a consultant, educator, and speaker for corporate and private clients. Carole designed and implemented customized programming to meet the specific needs of each client, empowering nurses from the bedside to the boardroom.

In 1982, Carole joined Thiel College as a Professor and Chair of the BSN Nursing Program. Carole Ann held this position for seven years, until 1989. During their time at Thiel College, Carole played a crucial role in developing and advancing the nursing program.

Carole's dedication to the nursing profession led their to become actively involved in professional organizations. In 2017, they served as the Past President of the American Holistic Nurses Association. In this role, Carole contributed their expertise and leadership to promote holistic nursing practices and enhance the well-being of patients.

Carole Ann Drick, PhD, RN, AHN-BC has a strong education background in the field of nursing. Carole Ann obtained their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from West Virginia University. Carole Ann furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Nursing (MN) degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Carole later achieved a PhD from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, specializing in Nursing Major with a minor in Psychology. Carole Ann'seducation journey showcases their commitment and dedication to developing their expertise in the field of nursing.
