Debbie Pierce

Debbie Pierce has extensive work experience in the American Hospital Association. Debbie started their career in 1996 as a Program Manager and eventually became the Senior Program Manager. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Director Executive Operations for the organization. Later on, they took on the responsibilities of Director Field Operations and eventually became the Senior Director Field Operations in July 2022.

Debbie Pierce's education history includes a BS degree from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General, also from DePaul University. Additionally, they have a certification as a Baldrige Examiner.
