Rosa Hartman

Rosa Hartman, SPHR has a strong background in human resources with over 16 years of experience. Rosa started their career at Sunstar Americas as an HR Generalist in 2003 and worked there until 2006. Following that, they joined Donlen Corporation (A Hertz Company) as a Manager of Human Resources for three years. In 2009, they were promoted to Director of Human Resources at Donlen Corporation and held this role for three years. In 2012, Rosa joined the American Hospital Association as Director of Human Resources, and eventually became the Vice President of Human Resources in 2019.

Rosa Hartman, SPHR, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Rosa also possesses additional certifications including a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation from WorldatWork.
