Mae Muzzy has extensive work experience in various roles in the theater industry. Mae started their career as the Director of Talent and Training at Groove from 2008 to 2010. Mae then joined The Murder Mystery Company as the National Production Manager, where they played a crucial role in expanding the business, coaching leadership, and developing policies and procedures. During their tenure, they significantly improved the company's survey rating and market exposure, while also reducing turnover. Since 2013, Mae has been serving as the Chief Operations Officer at American Immersion Theater, overseeing the overall operations of the company.
