Caitlin McTiernan

Caitlin McTiernan is a seasoned professional currently serving as Program Manager for the ONA State Network at the American Immigration Council, a position held since June 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Consultant at Just-Tech, LLC from December 2020 to June 2024, and a Policy Intern position at New American Economy throughout 2020. Caitlin’s analytical skills were honed at the New York Legal Assistance Group, where responsibilities included serving as both Data Analyst and Data Coordinator from February 2017 to January 2020. Previous experience also includes a tenure as Senior Research Assistant at AidData, managing teams focused on a major survey initiative and producing methodology reports, alongside earlier research assistance in international policymaking. Caitlin holds a Master of Public Administration from NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from William & Mary. Additionally, Caitlin continues to study at the Arab American Language Institute of Morocco.
