Kristine Tungol Cabagnot is a Co-Managing Principal Attorney at Tungol Law Office, where responsibilities include specializing in business immigration, PERM labor certification, and various employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, particularly for clients in healthcare, religious ministry, education, hospitality, science, and technology. Since January 2010, Kristine has successfully assisted clients with naturalization, visa applications, and family-based immigration processes. Additionally, Kristine serves as a Legal Editor for the American Immigration Lawyers Association, contributing to key publications and conferences since May 2019, and previously held a similar role from November 2006 to April 2010. Kristine holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science from Marquette University.
