Tania Dasilva

Tania DaSilva has extensive experience in human resources and administration roles. Tania served as an Associate Director of Human Resources & Administration at the American Immigration Lawyers Association from 2017 to present. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Paradyme Management Inc., where they implemented HR initiatives and ensured compliance with HubZone requirements. Tania also worked at Georgetown University as the Director of Operations for the School of Nursing & Health Studies, overseeing HR and operational functions. Tania has previous experience as an HR Manager/Recruiter at Triad Communication, Inc., a Staffing Specialist at Graham Staffing Services, and an Assistant Claims Consultant at William Gallagher Associates, where they served as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers.

Tania DaSilva, MS has a Master's Degree in HR Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they pursued from 2008 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Towson University from 2001 to 2003, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in HR Management.
