Thomas Thornton is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education coordination, program operations, marketing, and legal support. Currently serving as the Education Coordinator for the American Immigration Lawyers Association since July 2022, Thomas oversees seminar logistics and video editing for AILA programming. As the Owner and Head Instructor at Tioga Tae Kwon Do since January 2020, Thomas also manages program operations and marketing. Previously, Thomas owned Thornton Design Group and coordinated social media marketing and event logistics at Carolyn Lee PLLC. Thomas's experience in legal settings includes roles as a Litigation and Immigration Paralegal at Miller Mayer, LLP, where responsibilities involved drafting EB-5 petitions and ensuring regulatory compliance. Educationally, Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania and has completed additional coursework at Elmira College.

The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) is the national association of over 15,000 attorneys and law professors who practice and teach immigration law. AILA Member attorneys represent U.S. families seeking permanent residence for close family members, as well as U.S. businesses seeking talent from the global marketplace. AILA Members also represent foreign students, entertainers, athletes, and asylum seekers, often on a pro bono basis.
