Brittany Anderson is an experienced professional in community engagement and education, currently serving as Community Faculty at the University of Minnesota since August 2023 and as Senior Program Officer at the American Indian Science and Engineering Society since June 2021. Brittany co-founded Our Sustainable Future, a consultant firm focused on community and sustainable development, in January 2020. Previous roles include TRiO SSS Program Coordinator at the University of Colorado Boulder from September 2018 to August 2021, and serving in various capacities at the University of Minnesota, including Curriculum Coordinator and Community Engagement Coordinator. Brittany's earlier experience includes teaching preschool at the Shakopee Mdewankton Sioux Community and holding positions such as Paraprofessional, Admissions Counselor, and Resident Advisor. Brittany holds a Master of Education in Youth Development & Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in American Indian/Native American Studies from the University of Minnesota, along with diverse educational pursuits at various institutions.
