Alison Chan-Doerr

Alison Chan-Doerr has over 28 years of professional experience in finance and accounting. Alison began their career in 1992 as the General Manager of the Jewellery Business Unit at Tem Fat Hing Fung Investments (Holdings) Ltd. In 1996, they moved to Hilit (China Zhanjiang) Co. Ltd. as the Head of Finance for China. Alison then joined Swire Coca-Cola Beverages Zhengzhou Ltd. in 1998 as the Chief Financial Officer. In 2000, they became the Director of Finance for Far East Operations at Honeywell Consumer Products (HK) Ltd. In 2003, they transitioned to Novartis, CIBA Vision GmbH as the Controller of Compliance & SOX. In 2006, they joined the Gardien Group as the Group CFO. Most recently, in 2011, they began their current role as the CFO of the Asia Pacific region at American Industrial Acquisition Corporation (AIAC).

Alison Chan-Doerr received a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies from the City University of Hong Kong in 1994. Alison obtained a B.A. Hons in Accountancy/Finance from The University of Huddersfield between 1988 and 1991. In 1999, they became a member of the AICPA.
