Penny Kohler Mander

Penny Kohler Mander has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Penny is currently working as the VP Finance and Accounting at TAM Residential. Prior to that, they worked as the Corporate Controller at TAM Residential and as an Adventurer - Enjoying Life while being self-employed. Penny also has experience in the real estate industry, having worked as the Controller - Client Accounting & Internal Audit at Cushman & Wakefield and as the Director of Financial Reporting at Parkway Properties. Additionally, they have worked as a CPA and Audit Manager at both Withum and AWD, and as a CPA and Senior Accountant at KRG&G LLP.

Penny Kohler Mander completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, which they attended from 1996 to 1998. Penny later pursued a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the same university, earning it in the years 1999-2000. Additionally, Penny holds certifications as a Certified Public Accountant, Certified in Florida Sales and Use Tax (CFST), and Chartered Global Management Accountant.
