Kyle Naylor, CIH, CSP, OHST, AEMT has a diverse work experience in the field of occupational health and safety. Kyle has held various roles within different organizations. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Water & Sewer Department Laborer at North Logan City. In 2010, they volunteered as an EMT/Medical Spanish Translation Volunteer at Cache Valley Community Health Clinic. Kyle also worked as a Research Lab Technician and Computer Lab Consultant at Utah State University during the same time. From 2011 to 2013, they were involved in Safety and Health at Rio Tinto. Kyle then worked at Minera San Cristobal S.A as an OHS Coordinator and later as an OHS Supervisor from 2013 to 2018. In 2018, they founded OHS International, a company aimed at advancing the profession of occupational health and safety. Kyle has also been actively involved with the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) since 2011, serving in various leadership roles including President of the Utah Section and Secretary of the International Affairs Committee. Currently, they are working at Savage as the Sr. Director of Safety, Health, and Environment, responsible for creating and driving safety efforts across the enterprise, leading the development and implementation of SH&E strategies, and ensuring environmental compliance.

Kyle Naylor, CIH, CSP, OHST, AEMT has an impressive education history focused on the field of public health and industrial hygiene. From 2017 to 2021, they attended Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, where they earned a Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) with a specialization in Global Environmental Health Sciences, specifically Industrial Hygiene. Before that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Public Health and Industrial Hygiene (ABET accredited) at Utah State University. Kyle also completed minors in Chemistry, Biology, and Spanish during their time there.

In addition to their educational achievements, Kyle Naylor holds several certifications that further enhance their expertise. Kyle obtained their Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification from the Board for Global EHS Credentialing (BGC®) in November 2016. Kyle also obtained a Radiation Safety Officer (Certificate) from Dade Moeller in February 2016. Kyle Naylor is an MSHA Approved Mining Instructor, certified for both Surface (IS) and Underground (IU) environments, through the Mine Safety and Health Administration - U.S. Department of Labor in July 2018. Furthermore, they have completed the Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification (PALS) from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in January 2015. Kyle became an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician through the Utah Department of Health in October 2007.
