Achintya Saxena

Achintya Saxena is a Private Equity Associate at American Industrial Partners, a position held since October 2024. Previously, Achintya worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Restructuring Group at Greenhill & Co. from June 2023 to October 2024, and completed a Summer Analyst role at Silver Point Capital, L.P., focusing on distressed credit and special situations within the Private Credit Group in 2021. Prior to these positions, Achintya co-founded and served as Chairman of Business BootCamp, successfully expanding the organization from 5 students to over 400 students and 50 volunteers over two years. Achintya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, earned between 2019 and 2023, and attended Morris County Vocational School District, specializing in Finance and International Business from 2015 to 2019.
