Jennifer Jaffe

Jennifer Jaffe is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as a Private Equity Associate at Energy Impact Partners since July 2025. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Infrastructure Private Equity Associate at Blackstone from June 2022 to August 2025. Jennifer began her finance career as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst with Morgan Stanley in the Global Power & Utilities Group in May 2021 and gained further experience as a Global Capital Markets Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley in May 2020. Jennifer participated in the Girls Who Invest Online Intensive Program in early 2020 and worked as a Business Development Intern at Makeree in the summer of 2019. Jennifer also contributed as a Business Economics & Public Policy Research Assistant at The Wharton School from September 2018 to May 2020. Jennifer completed a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Accounting & Finance from The Wharton School in 2022, having attended Shady Side Academy from 2014 to 2018.
