Kaitlyn Nealon

Kaitlyn Nealon is a Partner at American Industrial Partners, where prior positions include Operations Associate. Previously, Kaitlyn served as a Research Fellow at Amgen and was a Leaders for Global Operations Fellow at MIT. Early career experience includes working as a Product Development Engineer at MX Orthopedics and completing a Summer Co-Op in R&D at Ethicon, Inc. Kaitlyn holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, completed in 2018, along with an education from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
