Ashley Nelson

Ashley Nelson, MS, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at American Industrial Transport since August 2024. Nelson is also an active Board Member and Membership Chair for the HR Executive Network of Greater St. Louis and a Board Member at HavenHouse St. Louis. Additionally, Nelson has chaired the O'Fallon Chamber of Commerce & Industries Board since January 2024 and served in various roles there since 2017. Prior to these positions, Nelson held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at True Manufacturing from October 2014 to September 2024 and progressed through several HR positions from 2006 to 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Missouri State University, among other certifications.
