Joseph Miller

Joseph Miller is an experienced billing and collections professional with a background in operations management. Currently serving as Billing Supervisor and previously as Senior Billing Analyst at American Industrial Transport (AITX) since August 2021, Joseph has successfully managed billing processes and staff development. Prior to AITX, Joseph worked at The Andersons, Inc. for over nine years in various roles including Operations Manager and Senior Billing Specialist, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance in work orders and financial performance objectives. Joseph’s early experience as a Sales Manager at Consumer Acquisitions involved face-to-face sales and customer relationship management. Joseph holds a High School Diploma from Swanton High School, graduating in 2011.
