Ken Gibbs

Robert K. (Ken) Gibbs graduated from Texas A&M University in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering. While attending Texas A&M he was President of the ASME Student Chapter (1976-1978) and a member of the Student Engineers Council (1977-1978).

Ken began his career by joining his father’s company, Power-Flow International Sales, Inc. in 1978. Power-Flow is an engineering, fabrication and sales company that designs and fabricates high pressure pump systems and exports oilfield production and industrial equipment, with specialty in Artificial Lift Systems. Ken has been President of Power-Flow since 1995.

In 1983 Ken and his father founded Hardwood Products, Inc. a Houston, Texas based manufacturer and wholesaler of hardwood products for the commercial and home building/remodeling businesses. Ken has been President of Hardwood Products since 2000.

In 1996 he became co-owner and Vice President of the Ellis Williams Company (EWCO Pumps) and co-owner and President of Tritex Machine Company, until their sale to Rowan Drilling (Letourneau Technologies) in January 2000.

In 2001 Ken founded Novum Solutions, Inc., a manufacturer of various chemical-based consumer products including a complete line of Gun Care Products, until its sales in 2020.
