Fernando González is an accomplished space systems architect and researcher with extensive experience in the aerospace sector. Currently serving as the Space Vehicles Lead Architect at Airbus Defence and Space, Fernando is involved in chief engineering for the Copernicus and FutureEO programmes. Concurrently, Fernando contributes to the International Academy of Astronautics as a researcher focused on deep space technology development and mission concept evaluations.
