Maryanne Martin Roy

Maryanne Martin Roy, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in developing and executing human resource strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of People and Culture at AIAA since February 2020, Maryanne provides executive leadership and contributes to strategic planning and organizational initiatives. Prior roles include Senior Director of Human Resources at Manufacturers Alliance and Principal at Maryanne Roy Consulting, with earlier positions at the Consumer Technology Association, Arthur Andersen, and Arent Fox. Maryanne holds an MS in HR Management from American University, a Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University, and a BA in Communication from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
