Alexander Bastians

Alexander Bastians is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the VP of People and Culture Global Standards at Nordex Group since January 2020. Responsibilities include corporate development and training, compensation and benefits, people analytics, and overseeing global HR projects with a focus on diversity and HR digitalization. Prior to this role, Alexander held the position of HR Director at tesa from September 2012 to December 2019, where responsibilities included serving as HR Business Partner for Europe and leading HR operations in Germany.
