Gina M. Gatto

Gina M. Gatto serves as the Chief of External Engagement and Director of Membership & Volunteer Services at the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE), focusing on membership acquisition, retention, and the health of the membership base while leading initiatives such as Women in Chemical Engineers. Previously, Gina held the position of Membership Manager at AIChE and was responsible for enhancing member benefits and services. With experience as an Engineering Specialist and Program Manager, Gina managed a significant conference program and coordinated extensive technical sessions. Before AIChE, Gina worked at Honeywell as a Chemical Production Engineer and Process Engineer, overseeing the production of ammonium sulfate and serving as a key technical resource. Gina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
