Richa Tungal

Richa Tungal serves as the Global Technical Lead for Process Technology at Arxada since May 2025 and has an extensive background in product and process development within the coatings and composites industry. In addition to roles at Arxada, Richa has been active with the AIChE's Publications Committee and as a reviewer for MDPI since 2018. Prior experience includes Senior Manager at Osmose, Global Process Scale-up & Product Development Lead at Arxada, and Lead for Process Scale-up and Product Development at Lonza, where significant contributions included the development of antimicrobial biocides. Richa has also held positions as a research scientist and lecturer, with a strong academic foundation including a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from South Dakota Mines and an MBA in Strategic Management from the Swiss School of Business and Management.
