Jess Mackta

Jess Mackta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process management and consulting for creative service firms and nonprofits, currently serving as Principal at MacktaWorks since 2014. As the Founder of AdoptionEngine, LLC, Jess assists prospective adoptive parents in navigating private domestic adoption. Additional roles include Operations Project Manager at AIGA Design and Director of Client Service Management and Administration at Two Twelve. Prior experience includes positions as Production Manager at DIGO, Project Manager at Pentagram, and Producer at the Guggenheim Museum. Jess holds a BA in History & Art History from Washington University in St. Louis and an MA in History of Photography from the University of Arizona.
