Christina Curnow

Christina Curnow, PhD has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human capital, learning, and development consulting. Christina currently serves as the Managing Director of Human Capital and Learning Solutions at American Institutes for Research, leading a team that focuses on research-based tools and capabilities for government and private sector clients. Christina'sareas of expertise include job analysis, selection and assessment, licensing and certification, data analytics, upskilling/reskilling, skills-based practices, and workforce planning.

Prior to this, Christina held various positions at ICF, including Senior Vice President and Director of Talent Management, Learning and Development Consulting, Vice President and Director of Research Workforce & Performance, and Vice President/Principal and Director of Workforce Research. In these roles, they managed interdisciplinary teams and provided comprehensive solutions across the employee life cycle, utilizing methodologies such as data analytics, SaaS, simulation, micro-learning, and virtual/augmented reality.

Earlier in their career, Christina worked at Caliber Associates as a Managing Associate and at the U.S. Army Research Institute for the Behavioral and Social Sciences as a Consortium Research Fellow.

Throughout their career, Christina has achieved significant milestones, such as driving revenue growth, enhancing employee engagement, creating comprehensive client solutions through organizational change management, and securing major contracts with federal government clients. Christina has also published and presented on various topics related to their work.

Christina Curnow, PhD obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo. Christina later pursued their studies at The George Washington University, where they completed their PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
