Christina Kreutziger

Senior Director Compensation Benefits at American Institutes for Research

Christina Kreutziger has extensive work experience in the field of compensation and benefits. Christina has held senior-level positions at various companies, starting in 1985 at Sybron Corporation as a Benefit Specialist. In 1990, they joined Eastman Kodak Company as the Director of Benefits Policy, where they were responsible for strategic decisions regarding benefit and compensation issues related to acquisitions and divestitures. Christina also played a role in strategic planning for subsidiary programs and testified before IRS committees. From 1996 to 2002, Christina worked at Genencor International, Inc. as the Director of Worldwide Compensation & Benefits. Christina then joined Catholic Health System in 2002 as the Interim VP of Human Resources and VP of Compensation & Benefits. In this role, they oversaw a compensation and benefit budget of $50M and led HR initiatives for a major healthcare network with thousands of employees and physicians. Christina's most recent position was as the Senior Director of Compensation & Benefits at American Institutes for Research, where they started in 2004.

Christina Kreutziger completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Jacksonville University. Christina then pursued further education and obtained an MBA degree with a focus on Finance and Applied Economics from the University of Rochester between the years 1978 and 1980.
