Cong Ye

Cong Ye has extensive work experience in research and statistical analysis. Cong began their career in 2003 as an Audience Research Analyst at China Central Television. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Faculty Research Assistant at the University of Maryland. In 2010, they worked as a Statistical Consultant at The World Bank Group for a brief period of time. From 2009 to 2012, they served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Maryland. Since 2013, they have been working as a Principal Researcher at the American Institutes for Research, where they have led various projects, including experimental design, psychometric development, and data analytics. Cong has also developed web applications using Django/Node and integrated multiple data sources to create a comprehensive data warehouse.
