Gina Wells

Gina Wells is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce development policy and strategy. Currently serving as a Senior TA Consultant at the American Institutes for Research since January 2022, Gina provides technical assistance on evidence-based workforce development initiatives, specializing in areas like Registered Apprenticeship and diversity, equity, and inclusion. In parallel, as a Senior Consultant at Maher & Maher since November 2016, Gina advises federal and state agencies in implementing high-quality workforce programs. Prior roles include significant positions at the U.S. Department of Labor, where Gina held titles such as Senior Policy Analyst and WIOA Implementation Coordinator, contributing to national leadership and oversight for the public workforce system. Gina holds a Master of Public Policy from Duke University and a BA in Linguistics and German from William & Mary.
