James Head

James Head has a strong background in HR technology and analytics. James has experience working as a Senior Director at the American Institutes for Research, where they focused on HR technology and analytics. Prior to that, they worked at Dell Services Federal Government as an HRIM Sr. Manager, overseeing HR technology services for 2,000 employees and managing a $1M budget. Additionally, they have experience as a Senior Manager at Deltek, where they managed the HRIS team and led successful process improvements and system upgrades.

James Head's education history includes a Graduate certificate program in Human Resources Management from The University of Texas at Austin in April 2008. Prior to this, they attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1981 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English & Writing. Additionally, James obtained the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2008.
