Jenni Fipaza

Jenni Fipaza has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to the present. Jenni began their career as an Event Coordinator at Calvin College, where they successfully managed logistics for various events and venues. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at Michigan State University as an Instructor, Teaching Assistant, and Research Assistant, gaining experience in teaching and research-related tasks. Following this, they served as a Visiting Instructor at James Madison College, teaching writing-intensive courses. In 2010, they briefly worked as an Editor at Revision Editing, providing developmental editing and copyediting services. Jenni'smost recent position, which they have held since 2011, is at the American Institutes for Research. Here, they have taken on various roles including Research and Policy Associate, Researcher, and Senior Communications Specialist, where they have worked on projects related to educator quality, conference planning, and communication materials development. Jenni'sresponsibilities have involved data analysis, project management, and supervision of junior staff.

Jenni Fipaza has a strong educational background with a focus on political science and comparative politics. Jenni obtained a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Political Science from Calvin University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Following this, they attended Michigan State University from 2005 to 2010, where they pursued an A.B.D. (All But Dissertation) degree in Comparative Politics with a specialization in South Africa and Southern Africa.

In addition to their formal education, Jenni Fipaza also obtained a certification in CLASS Secondary Certification from Teachstone in January 2013.
