Jennifer Strittmatter began their work experience in 2004 at First American Title Insurance Company, where they worked as an Administrative Assistant in the Facilities & Compliance department until 2008. In 2011, they joined Topeka Public Schools as a Middle School Science Teacher, a position they held until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Middle School Science Teacher at Prince William County Public Schools. Most recently, they joined the American Institutes for Research in 2016 as a Score Reporting Project Assistant.
Jennifer Strittmatter obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Texas Tech University, which they attended from 1996 to 2000. Jennifer then pursued a Post Degree Teaching Certification in Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education and Teaching from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, completing it from 2008 to 2010. Jennifer furthered their education by earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Educational Psychology from George Mason University, which they attended from 2014 to 2017.
In addition to their academic achievements, Jennifer has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. Jennifer obtained the certification "Virginia Professional Teaching License - Math & Science" from the Virginia Department of Education in July 2014. Two years prior, in July 2012, they obtained the "Kansas Professional Teaching License" from the Kansas State Department of Education. Jennifer also acquired the certification "Instructional Design: Adult Learners" from Lynda.com in September 2017.
