Jenny Scala

Jenny Scala has extensive experience in research and organizational change, serving as Managing Director, Principal Consultant, and Research Analyst at the American Institutes for Research since September 2008. Prior to this role, Jenny held positions as a Research Associate at RMC Research and Training Manager at Boston Partners in Education. Early career experience includes serving as Program Director/Facilitator at Challenge Learning Center from 1999 to 2002. Jenny Scala holds a Bachelor's degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, along with a Master of Education and an Ed.M. from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
