Laura Hamilton

Laura Hamilton has a diverse work experience in the education and assessment field. Laura is currently working as the Senior Director of Education Measurement and Assessment at the American Institutes for Research since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Vice President & Eignor Executive Editor at ETS from October 2020 to January 2023. Before joining ETS, Laura held two key positions at the RAND Corporation. From October 2018 to October 2020, they worked as the Distinguished Chair in Learning and Assessment. Laura also served as the Associate Director of RAND Education from February 2015 to September 2018.

Laura Hamilton attended Stanford University from 1992 to 1997, where they completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Educational Psychology and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Statistics.
