Lynn Bajorek

Lynn Bajorek is a principal TA consultant with AIR. She has over 20 years of experience supporting continuous improvement across all levels of the public workforce system. Bajorek works closely with state and regional clients to design and deliver strategic planning, change management, and technical assistance and training solutions that directly address their unique workforce development system challenges and opportunities. Examples include facilitation of strategic planning across workforce, education, and economic development partners, development of training and resources for effective policy development, programmatic monitoring, performance management, high-impact workforce boards, sector strategies, apprenticeship, and career pathways, as well as consultant support for driving systems change. 

Currently, Bajorek is working closely with clients to support program design for a new multi-state initiative, realignment of a statewide public workforce system, expansion of strategic employer engagement at community colleges, effective grant management and oversight, and the development of training and technical assistance to drive program integration and alignment in various states and local areas.
