Mary Kay Dugan

Mary Kay Dugan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and management. Currently serving as Managing Director at American Institutes for Research since June 2018, Mary Kay Dugan previously held the position of Managing Director and Principal Research Associate at IMPAQ International, from June 2015 to June 2018, where leadership included business development in health, workforce development, and education sectors. Earlier, from May 1987 to June 2015, Mary Kay Dugan held various roles at Battelle, culminating as Director of Seattle Research Operations, overseeing more than twenty social scientists on public health and workforce development projects. Mary Kay Dugan holds a Master’s Degree in Sociology from Washington State University, obtained in 1987.
