Nancy Boenecke

Nancy Boenecke has a strong background in learning and development, with over 30 years of experience. Nancy most recently served as the Director of Learning and Development at the American Institutes for Research since December 2015. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Professional Development at Abt Associates from June 2009 to November 2015. Nancy also has experience in the private sector, having worked as a Consultant in Learning & Development at Fannie Mae from December 2002 to November 2008. Nancy served as the Vice President of Learning and Development at Robertson Stephens, an investment bank, from January 2001 to December 2001. Prior to that, Nancy held the role of Vice President of Leadership Development at Bank of America from October 1984 to December 2000.

Nancy Boenecke has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish from the University of Southern California. Nancy also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Intercultural Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary. Additionally, Nancy has obtained a certification in Leadership Architect from Lominger International.
