Nikki Sharan

Nikki Sharan, MBA, PMP, serves as the Senior Director of IT Projects and Service Delivery at the American Institutes for Research since 2004, focusing on IT strategy and portfolio management by establishing standardized project management processes. Prior to this role, Nikki worked as a Telecommunications Manager at ACS, Inc. from 2000 to 2004, overseeing telecom infrastructure across multiple sites in the US and India. Additionally, Nikki held various positions at Verizon Wireless from 1994 to 2000, primarily as a Technology Specialist, where responsibilities included evaluating and implementing new technologies to enhance call center operations. Nikki obtained a Bachelor's Degree in System & Controls Engineering and an MBA with a focus on MIS and International Management from Case Western Reserve University.
