Alvaro Veiga

Alvaro Veiga has had a long and varied career in information security and compliance. Alvaro began their career in 2010 as the Founder of Siegnet. In 2013, they moved to JSL S.A. as a Support and Monitoring Analyst. In 2015, they joined EICON as an IT Implementation Analyst. In 2017, they were an Information Security Analyst at Teleperformance. In 2018, they joined Concentrix as a LATAM Lead Information Security & Compliance Specialist and Information Security & Compliance Specialist. In 2019, they moved to e-Core as a Security, Privacy & Compliance Lead and Information Security Specialist. Alvaro is currently the Head of Cloud Security at EnterpriseAlumni.

Alvaro Veiga obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA in IT Management from FIAP in 2018-2019. Alvaro completed an Advanced & Business English Course at LCI Ireland in 2012. From 2013-2016, they obtained a Civil Aviation - Engineering degree in Engineering from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi. Alvaro also has several certifications, including ISFS - Information Security Management (ISO/IEC 27001) from EXIN in 2021, PDPF - Privacy & Data Protection from EXIN in 2021, AWS Partner: Security Governance at Scale (Business) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2021, Professional Cloud Security Engineer from Google in 2020, CNSS - Certified Network Security Specialist from ICSI in 2020, Gravityzone Cloud Administrator from Bitdefender in 2020, Cybersecurity for Industrial Control Systems - Attack Methodologies in IT & ICS from the United States Department of Homeland Security in 2018, OPSEC from the United States Department of Homeland Security in 2018, and ePO Management - Endpoint protection, Data Loss Prevention(DLP), Webgateway from McAfee in 2017.
